Hoho I could have used so many Pokemon puns right there. Anyway I (used to) watch videos made by a youtube channel known as GameGrumps. I'd be surprised if you haven't at least heard of them. On one of there recent episodes, they got a very talented artist named linzb0t to animate one of there episodes. It was awesome, and I when I saw her draw this specific character, I immediately knew i would have to draw her too.Damn she is hot!

Leaf/Green/Blue/Whatever has been a pokemon character for a damn long ass time. However I'm surprised seeing her done in Arin's style made you wanna draw her so bad. XD
