This time it was traced over this:so every time Lisa traces over something of mine, or even something of someone elses' from now on, Derp will return, I just find it feels good to be a little petty now XD and besides, if Derp came back every time the ripoff gets used alone, I wouldn't ever be drawing anything else lol

Tracing is problematic, because nothing is really being stolen, just the form. But I'm sure that if making copycat logos is illegal, then so is tracing. If you could get past that and issue a DMCA strike on this Lisa each time they do this shit, the admins of this site will probably have to IP ban her, since who wants to deal with so many legal actions, amirite.

Also, I forgot to mention, while your art is here, it falls under certain rules that kinda give people greater liberties in using it, so issuing a DMCA strike against someone is possible only if you upload your art somewhere, where the rules are very strict.
