Yeah I remember this one person who outright attacked someone in one of my comment sections because they saw Frisk as a girl instead of non-binary or whatever, that was not cool

Wait, someone got salty at you because they view Frisk as a girl?
Hmm
I've heard of people getting salty at anyone who defined Frisk as one gender or the other because in their book Frisk has to be gender-ambiguous, but never the other way round.

no they got salty because they insisted Frisk was non binary and lashed out at someone who called Frisk a girl

I have to agree. This is probably my favorite AU/AE (alternate ending) Frisk in general. One of the things I really like about this whole thing is that it keeps with the spirit of Undertale. The characters feel like natural extensions of their in-game selves, and the events feel like natural extrapolations of in-game events. In short, it all just feel right.

Their eye colour changes tones of brown too? interesting

TC-96 In reply to dodoman1er [2016-12-06 02:06:48 +0000 UTC]
normal is the brown/orange-ish colours, and when they use magic, it's a deep red, and the Chara-influence is the vivid redΒ

dodoman1er In reply to TC-96 [2016-12-06 02:16:28 +0000 UTC]
Well the chara one was clear. I guess the deep red is due to the fire magic?

TC-96 In reply to dodoman1er [2016-12-06 02:20:50 +0000 UTC]
Yep, it's like Toriel, her eyes went deep red when she used her fire magicΒ

Gets you wondering what would it have looked like is Sans had thought them magic.

TC-96 In reply to dodoman1er [2016-12-06 02:49:53 +0000 UTC]
I'm not sure, I'm guessing their eyes wouldn't change since Sans' and Papyrus' eye sockets don't change when they use their magic (aside from Sans and his googly eye of death )

dodoman1er In reply to TC-96 [2016-12-06 03:29:28 +0000 UTC]
That is what I am saying, maybe it could cause a similar effect, also who knows with other magic types

How do you do the shading for these drawings? Is that an airbrush, or something else?

TC-96 In reply to SageOfTheStars [2016-12-06 02:07:09 +0000 UTC]
soft brush on a multiply layerΒ

Huh, Paint Tool Sai doesn't seem to have anything labeled like that. Thanks, though.

TC-96 In reply to SageOfTheStars [2016-12-06 03:30:31 +0000 UTC]
I use photoshop, I assume if you can use layers in paint tool, you can set the layer on "multiply" for an option, and then have the brush on a soft setting if you can
π: 0 β©: 1
SageOfTheStars In reply to TC-96 [2016-12-06 03:48:11 +0000 UTC]
Yeah, I have layers and the multiply option. As for the soft brush, I'll see if there's a substitute or something I can use. Thanks. Β

I'm probably one of the very few people that thinks Frisk is a boy.Β

AH-99 In reply to Draggirlmon [2017-03-22 02:10:47 +0000 UTC]
Ok dude, I think Frisk is a girl, but I totaly repect your opignion. You are free of thinking that they are a boy, and I think it's wrong when peolpe correct her gender for others. I don't think it's wrong when they assume or din't assume their gender. But being "genderless" is impossible.Β
π: 0 β©: 1
Draggirlmon In reply to AH-99 [2017-03-22 02:22:44 +0000 UTC]
Actually... being genderless isn't impossible, there are lots of genderless people , either by being transgender (asexual or genderqueer) or by genetic mutation, which causes the body to be born with no personal parts or female/male hormones (gender neutrality). That's why people use 'they' or 'them' in the first place.
It's OK that you respect other people's way of thinking, but starting your post by saying 'Frisk is a girl' just completely cancels out the whole point of your comment. You probably just phrased it wrongly, but it's still your opinion and saying that like a statement is wrong.
Also.... 'dude'? Did you just assume my gender?
π: 0 β©: 1
AH-99 In reply to Draggirlmon [2017-03-22 02:38:27 +0000 UTC]
Oooh, I didn't know that was impossible
And no, I didn't assume your gender. "Dude" is just an expression, for me, not just for males.
π: 0 β©: 1
Draggirlmon In reply to AH-99 [2017-03-22 03:05:13 +0000 UTC]
yeah, its possible.
don't worry, i do the same thing all the time. sorry if i sounded a bit hostile there, procrastination makes me very stressed and angry.Β
