sorry I've been leaving you guys hanging about it, but it's been..years since my last update..and I am just not feeling the desire to go back to it anymore. So from here on Kiara's Reign in officially cancelled, I am not going to continue it anymore, too much drama, too many fanbrats, too much theftnow this doesn't mean I'm not going to draw lion king anymore, every now and then maybe I'll draw something, and so please don't use Koda, Asha or Leah without my permission, they are still my fancubs

Well, it was one of the best comics I've read.
Does not it bother you if you continued it? Maybe in the form of comics or fanfiction, but it would be in Spanish and then I would translate it into English, I'll do it only if I have your permission.

That's sad, but I understand where you're coming from. People change over the years, and so does their inspirations and fandom they are following. I too ended up abandoning old projects.
If its not too much to ask, would you please tell us where you intended for that story to go? Like, what was the plot you had constructed? Personally I liked the idea of Leah possibly coming back to Kiara's pride to show that yes, even crippled she was a badass.

Oh yeah there, I've only just discovered your TLK stuff. I'm sad to hear this, I've been really liking what I've seen oh your fan cubs and I was hoping to read through what you had done, such as what happened with Leah. But it's your work at the end of the day and I totally understand your desire to not longer show it.
I'm looking forward to checking through your Undertale stuff though!

It's weird cause I watched you for the tlk stuff, but stayed for the undertale since I no longer enjoyed tlk stuff when I got into undertale. X'DD (kinda not into undertale either and haven't drawn art about it in years. But I really enjoy your stories and art, especially with the undertale cast.)
Anyways, I've been a lurker watcher for like.. 5 or 6 years I think..? So I've watched all the stuff unfold during that time and yeah. I completely respect and understand your decision. Keep doing what you're doing and love doing it in the process. Stay awesome and determined too <'33

I totally understand your decision, I know what its like to cancel a fancomic thats just no longer any fun. Especially when it feels like the fandom constantly pressures you to update, and then all that drama with art theft...its just the worst.
But is there a way to still look at the previous comic pages? I noticed you removed the whole comic, which is a shame because even though it will never be finished, the artwork is simply fantastic! Your Next Gen Cubs are still my favorites out of the many many Lion OC cubs out there

Damn...... I was really looking forward to the comics BUT it is understandable because TLK's fanbase is just so utterly obsessive and drama filled. It's difficult in the fandon to not be involved in the drama because the drama can be easily brought to you.Β I hope that the drama stops but then again, people just don't know when to drop it.Β
It sucks that the comics wont be coming back but i totally understand. Your art regardless is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!! (Never played undertale so i have no idea what the game is even about e.e; ik i live under a rock XD)

Fan-projects for any fandom and of any medium are done for passion and fun.
And when it is no longer fun, then there is no longer passion to put into the project,
And the second a project is no longer fun to do, then it is no longer a project worth doing.
Regardless of reasons why.

I was hoping to see how Chapter 2 was going to wrap itself up. And the written stories were wonderful as well in that we got to see further into the adventure of Koda Asha and Leah (the comic hadn't gone that far).
Still, continuing this (both drawn and written) is entirely your choice, and if you do not wish to do that I will respect that. I suppose what ultimately happens between Leah ending up in the Mountain Pride (I think that's what they were called) and her ultimately returning (I remember she was in a few pride land drawings as an adult), plus other material (like Koda meeting his mate, Asha recovering from whatever it was that gave her those scars, and there's probably a lot more I can't think of), is now up to our imagination?

As I said, it's entirely your choice. Knowing what was going to take place, though, would be an amazing. Kiara's Reign was a blessing to all of us, as you may have seen what actually took place in the next chapter of the Lion King story (essentially The Lion King 3).
Personally, I think this would be something Disney would be interested in to continue the story of the Lion King. It just fits that well.
