ah. Thank you for answering my question. Though to be honest, they basically hide the naughty bits for the pokemon in both the anime and the movies via drawings and art style, so for all we know, the trainers/scientists that had a chance to see ether Mewtwo up close or close enough would have seen male/female Mewtwo's naughty area at some point.
