We'll be open for applications on the 15th May-Charactersheet
Important infos about filling out:
When filling out your application, mare SURE!!! you have some information about the world your character originally comes from included! We cannot accept your character if there is no information about their world in the character description. All genres of worlds are welcome. Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Modern, Horror, Anthro,... whatever you can think of. However, make sure your character isn't too overpowered. A cyborg with an arm that can shoot atomic bombs against a gothic-lolita with an umbrella is a bit too much, don't you think? 
Please insert a fullbody- or 3/4-body-picture of your character! You may use up to 30 Stat-points. Stats are as following:
Atk-Attack: The strength your character can hit with. Def-Defense: Your character's immunity against physical and magical hits. Agi-Agility: Speed and ability to react on other attacks etc... Int-Intelligence: Influences spell-power and magical damage. Aim: The higher your aim, the higher the chance to land a hit against a target. Kno-Knowledge: Your character's knowledge about the worlds, Astral and ability to understand complicated things. 1 character allowed! If you want to have a twin or a brother or a wife... please ask someone... HOWEVER small pets are allowed! (Dogsized at the max!) Write a bit about your character! From experience we can say, that 1. it is easier for others to RP with your chara, 2. you will be more interested in your own character if you developed him/her a bit so it is more fun for YOU to RP!All questions, problems, etc... please send DIRECTLY to #TelianChronicles ! This account is an NPC-account and as such we will rarely control it.

is it allowed to reuse an oc? i mean from a different rp group? since its basically the clash of many world it should be possible i think^^

Well, up in the description there it says this is an NPC account they used when posting this, so they won't really be replying to posts on pages like this, so you have to send your questions directly to the actual group's main page. (ie, post a comment on the group's 'profile' or ask you question in one of the journals regarding whatever topic concerns you.)
But I remember reading in the member application blog entry that you are allowed to reuse an OC from anywhere I believe.

That's ok. I almost fell into the same trap myself, but I've been forcing myself to pay more attention to the fine print in these sorts of groups.
Be sure to check out the group's blog as well, theres a lot of useful info there regarding how things work, as well as an FAQ and dictionary for the terminology. :3

well i am already in another of deamond89's rp groups so basically i already have enough stuff to do theyre but well...creating an oc outside of pure fantasy so i can use some steampunk elemets as well OwO its to tempting >w<

I made a character but I can not get it onto this. I decided not to draw it right on and now I don't know what to do

Did you draw digital or traditional? You have to open your picture, select your character, copy him/her and then paste him/her on the charasheet.

When you choose the world that your char comes from can it be one of the ones on the world map or can you make one up that is similar to them?

You have to make your own worlds. If they are themed after one of the islands on the map, it is no problem at all, but one of the islands can't be your original homeworld.

Hmm... Thats a hard one.... Can you cut the chara out somehow and paste it into the sheet? Traditional media is not a problem, but we need the sheet to be filler out properly...

First of all, this was posted with the group's account, so Dea and the others won't be able to answer your questions unless you post them on the group's main page.
Secondly, the character you make for the group must come from their own world, not one of the islands on Telia. However, they can be allied with any world union. (prefferably one closest to your OC's design.)
For example, my character is an undead that comes from a world where any scientific or magic related advancements are encouraged, even the dark arts and necromancy. Therefore my OC is allied with the world union Echidna. Does that help any?
