All right, we've finally arrived at my 3rd favorite animation of all time! Reigh's Rampage Part 2. Unlike most of my previous animations, Reigh's rampage is the first time where I feel that the action and pacing moves at a speed appropriate for an animation. Previous entries were very slideshow and didn't have as much movement with the exception of Divine Retribution and Reigh's Wrath. Even after all these years, it's still fun to see the mass amount of destruction caused by Reigh. Normally, I really hate over powered characters, but I guess I can overlook it when the overpowered character is a hulking naked amazon.

Behind the scenes:

- I absolutely love when Reigh bursts out of the building and the camera follows her down to her incredible roar. Probably the best opening of any GIF I've ever done. Also, I made sure not to use any shortcuts when I made this animation.

- I believe but I'm not certain, that I recycled the building background from a different animation I had done from another non FMG project.

- In the helicopter, I ripped the city background from Judge Dredd on the SNES. If it wasn't Dredd then it was Death and Return of Superman, both games had great city backgrounds.

- This GIF achieved a milestone in bringing my animation quality to another level. I started not mastering but understanding the concepts of animation. The editing, pacing, and movement all worked really well here. I did however, struggle with perspective.

- I also wanted to clarify something that a viewer had mentioned to me a long time ago. The green "horns" on her chest are not horns, they are tattoos. If I ever revisit drawing Reigh, I would change the horns into the nipples. Easier to draw and less confusion.

- This was also the first time where my usage of photoshop effects was strategic. Specifically when the helicopter blows up and when Reigh stomps the car. I used photoshop to create effects in order to enhance the image.

- I struggled with perspective on this one, specifically the tank shell and the stealth bomber dropping its bomb. The tank shell appearing as if it were hitting a street was not intentional.

- The Stealth Bomber is the F117A Nighthawk.

- The Russian plane and American plane were based off the Ace Combat 04 protagonist and villains. Mobius 1 F-22 Raptor and Yellow 13 Su-37 Terminator.

- The opening helicopter was inspired by Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of the Patriots. It is the Kasatka chopper where we first meet Iroquois Snake, Solid Snake.

- I love how the weapons simply explore off Reigh's body without hurting her. Again, I hate overpowered characters but it's hard to hate a babe like Reigh.

- Once upon a time I had made a version of the animation with sound effects and the USA soundtrack for Command & Conquer Generals. This file was lost ages ago.

After watching this GIF again . . . yep, still my 3rd favorite animation of all time.
