I agree, my personal favorite parts in say an FMG sequence, is when the back rips open the back of the shirt.

Seconded; I suspect you don't see it too often because backs are surprisingly easy to mess up. You have to get the economy of lines just right else it looks too undefined or far too ripped for the model you're going for.

This one's working quite nicely, though!
