I'm not really into haikus and poetry. just feeling bad and this was on my mind so i don't know what you meant with 7,5,7. Please explain and suggest a category. Thanks

a haiku, even tho its a kind of poetry, has to follow one simple rule. it has to be made within three sentence (or divided) to fit in 3 line. they must be of 7,5,7 syllable. no exception. (first line is 7 syllables. second line is 5, and the third is 7.)

The subject, content, the way words are placed is entirely up to you. It's like colouring, you must fill the white space with your own colors and must not go over the lines

I'm not saying this isn't poetry, mind you. It doesn't fit the haiku or the Eastern way of poetry.
