Like with Volteer, Cyril's design was inspired by 's design, while the glasses came from this: www.deviantart.com/avaroncave/…. The robes are essentially what I believed a royal wizard's robes would look like; it fitted with Cyril's belief of his 'royal' heritage.

Cyril is a Magic Crafter, just like Volteer. His cane doubles as a Magic staff that he can use to cast his magic. Cold and sardonic, with a large ego, Cyril, like most Ice Dragons, generally keeps to himself, and often undervalues the other five Elements, believing Ice to be the most powerful of it. He can very blunt, with little patience for ramblings. But if you are in danger, you can always trust him to come to your aid.

Cyril belongs to Sierra Entertainment.
