Description
Just a warm-up sketch that i did of my OC Ellie Rose. The more often i draw her, the more consistent i get with her look and design, which is always a good thing when it comes to one's own character. Now to figure out some civvies for her.I ended up inking and finishing this off with copic markers. It's been awhile since i did any traditional art stuff, especially with copics, and it's nice knowing that i still got the hang of it.
There'll be one more to come before i get back to what i was doing.

I picked up a black Crye Airframe helmet last month from an airsoft store I frequent. Fits snugly (a little too snug, needs adjusting or getting used to it), but at least it's light enough and doesn't impede my peripheral senses

Tactical Air Control. Finally someone does something other than Navy, Army, or Marines. Airforce is a great branch (Although I am a huge fan of the Army)

AFSOC gets little love, but guys like PJs, CCTs and TACPs are greatly appreciated for what they bring to the fight nonetheless

Beautiful work. I cannot comment on the style or work, being a writer and not a artist. But the picture tells me a story all its own in the face of the character: hooded eyes, tired not in body but in spirit. New looking equipment tells me this is a new tour or she got somewhere an hour to late to do anything but bare witness to something.
My muse approves.

Well you should, but only because it would be a sign of your good taste. I offer a range of fictions from the fantastic to the near future.
There is Double Edged Sword: a world much like our own where we see the beginnings of AI awareness through a world ill equipped to handle such a thing.
Long Winter: The apocalypse came and went, and what was left behind had to make something of itself. What started off as a archetype adventure riff turned into buddy cop style story of 'The Brothers Rish': the thoughtful and bearded Remas McDonald, and his younger brother Shamus who knows how to blow stuff up. Come for the world building, stay for the banter.
There are also some sketch stories I call Drabbles that range from the odd to the mundane: there is one that shows how to throw a anniversary party for a species, and another that plays on the supreme role that the editor has on all creative fiction and art. Really I have a little something for every one, so tell me what you like to read and I'll find something that fits the bill.
