This is definitely one of the best Sephiroth pictures I've ever seen. Especially the face. Many times I've seen people mess it up. I cannot draw for the life of me, but I really enjoy great art. Thanx!

Some criticism, please don't take it as me being horrible.
The Good- The head is very well drawn, simple as that. The wings are well shaded, the way they slowly become darker is done very well done.
The Bad- The shading... for everywhere but the face, it just doesn't seem to stay consistent. At the far right, you can see that it's placement is suppose to be almost directly to the right but just a little left and the sunlight seems to be coming from the front, as indicated by the falling feather nearest to his arm.
Besides the shading, the body is to short, like you ran out of room for the body. When I look at the head again, I notice that there doesn't seem to be a neck, the head just seems to sit to low, I know he is looking a little down but it just seems like it's to low.
My biggest problem with this, because all of the most of the above can be ignored, is the body. I look at the head and it seems well done, nothing wrong. But when I get the the upper torso, I see that it is facing at me, rather then at an angle like the head. When you got to the 6-pack, or 4 pack (seeing as 5 and 6 is missing), it seemed like you realized your mistake and put it at an angle. A little further down, the gut (or just below the '4-pack') went the same way as the chest.
All-in-all, it is a great drawing, but it is one that you should definitely try your hand at drawing once more in the future.

finally some criticism thanks
to be honest iΒ΄m not very good at shading....plus i usually paint the face first and the body later...sometimes days later...thatΒ΄s probably where the inconsistent shading comes from.
as for the missing neck...well heΒ΄s bending his head down and thereΒ΄s his hair too (covering what might be visible of the neck?) anyways guess youΒ΄re right he looks a little neckless :-/
however iΒ΄m afraid i couldnΒ΄t do any better NOW after years of abstinence from drawing (life is just keeping me too busy at the moment) but i will consider your criticism for future projects
