my entry for 's contest, the theme is !"accidental panty showing"

My intention was do a random Oc dressed like Marilyn Monroe, but it turned out too much Marilyn, and at the same is not her, the face is completely different, I can't consider this as a fan art :/// ... So let's pretend this is a cosplay, sounds better? it sounds much better for me ^^

Sometimes I think to myself, why I don't draw anymore with photoshop, but this draw reminded me why, perfect for effects and some color adjustments, but draw and paint it's a disaster ¬¬, and I don't know exactly how to cel shade :/
