I had a Naruto OC in mind when drawing this. Xoco Ozoma is a serpent hybrid (hence the scales). But to be honest I can't be certain this IS my OC. I'm conflicted.Been using my tablet for about twenty days now. I'm hella proud of myself.
Used Sai tools and gimp for some hightlighting.
