Grey railways, poles, industrial buildings, miserable struggling nature.
Needs more deepness in tones especially in the background in my opinion.

Thanks for the feedback. It was a real grey monotone day when the shot was taken so there was not alot to pull out of the originaal image, but I think it's worth taking another look at the post processing.

Was it foggy or is it only distance blur within the background?

The image was taken on an overcast grey winter day with higher than normal humidity than played into the distance blur.
