A chatty little panther with a big heart.Panear is always happy.She loves life and everything in it,be it living or not.She loves playing with everyone,even Disco Bear and Lumpy,though they kill her a lot with their ignorance to whatever goes on.She loses many jobs due to lack of work and excessive talking.She's a poor critter who always puts her family before herself.She wears hand-me-down pants that are much to big,so she cuffs the bottom whenever they start dragging.Though she loves hanging out with people,she is always seen with Simons.Many people wonder how a sweet little innocent girl could ever stand being near him,but she ignores them because she thinks Simons is her 'Bestest Friend Foreverest' and because she really likes him.She has a habit of wearing the same ties Simons wears

A Dingo with a serious drinking,smoking and gambling habit.His parents were drinkers and his grandparents were smokers,soon passing down the habit to him.Being that his parents were drunk a lot,they would many times beat him without any reason,and not know they ever did it the next morning.He dropped out of highschool on his first year there and left his family because he thought he was old enough to care for himself.He met a group of drug dealers that 'took him under his wing'.He learned his ways around the city and where all the business was at.As he got older he grew out of drug dealing and went on to gambling because it made more money.One day while he was at a casino,he met Panear who was working as a person to detect cheating in the casino.When she saw him cheating in poker she went over to him to stop,which turned into an hour conversation.She got fired and Simons left.He noticed the same girl who got fired was following him.When he asked her why,she said she lived across the street from him.After that,Panear kept following Simons,calling him her Best Friend and all.Simons finds Panear extremely annoying,but he's been caught several time showing her some kind of affecton or enjoying the affection Panear gives him
