The shadow under her jaw makes it look like her head's somehow detached from her neck (not that I could do better). Or maybe that's intentional, to accentuate her doll-likeness.

Pow!  I didn't know what I saw first when I scrolled past this pic.  Hair and eyes were tied for first, then the awesome lighting and color palette.  The top line of her outfit draws attention to her petite breasts (the pattern of her outfit matches perfectly with the tousled hair-very nice, btw), all framed in a look of innocence that I hope life never takes from her.
