Description
graphite on paperβ'Is it possible to become friends with a butterfly?'
'It is if you first become a part of nature. You suppress your presence as a human being, stay very still, and convince yourself that you are a tree or grass or a flower'"

Why not simply "Butterfly Friend"? It's really lovely, and the quote tells us your inspiration quite clearly. Congrats on the DD!

Very beautiful drawing, and truly inspiring.
I think the title "Butterfly soul" or something similar would be great for it.

down to every detail it's gorgeous! my mind wandered and I thought of the work of Richard A Kirk- insects, no eyes shown and such fine details. Of course he works in ink or silverpoint. Metamorphic would be a good name (imho)

Thanks for all your kind comments. I actually would love to do some work in silverpoint in the near future. I have only used it once before, but I really enjoyed it.

Also you're welcome

I don't. I had a teacher that let me use his supplies once to try it out, but that's the only time I've used it. I think all you really need is a piece of silver wire, something to hold it with, and a ground to draw on top of. I believe Golden sells a silverpoint ground.

thanks for sharing what you know. I guess a mechanical pencil of different barrels size may hold some wire-
