I loved this idea and instantly made two ponies. I absolutely adore them both! Now let the silly stories begin~!

Pretty Pink Sparkly Bubble:
She has a gem in her forehead that attached itself after she found it in the forest at a young age. The gem came all the way from space one night. The gem lets her use magic so she doesn't need to have a horn. It turns out that she was destined to save the universe from Dr Dark Rogue. The magic in her gem is so powerful that she could destroy the whole world with it! She also has a wand that lets her make magical bubbles with sparkles in them. Different coloured bubbles are different attacks. She has golden strap on shoes that have wings on them so she can fly around. The gem has made her body and hair sparkle. Everyone adores her when they see her flying around. She is the protector of the world and never looses to Dr Dark Rogue and his goons!

Dr Dark Rogue:
Was a normal pony until a parasite took over his body and implanted itself into is forehead. Now his dark dreams are becoming to seep through. He wants to rule the universe with these new powers the parasite has granted him. He can shoot beams from the parasite's eye and control elements. He is feared by all and is ruthless! His powers could destroy the whole universe if he knew the true extent of them. Always fighting with Pretty Pink Sparkly Bubble and never winning. But one day he will win and take over the universe!

Even came up with a silly TV description for it since they seem like they would be in a TV show.

Pretty Pink Sparkly Bubble is just your normal mare. But she is destined to save the universe with the powers from the gem in her head. As she grows the threat of Dr Dark Rogue is starting to creep closer. He almost has half the universe in his hooves! But his plans come to a halt when he is faced with Pretty Pink Sparkly Bubble! Can she defeat him?
