Now time for something thats more fitting with feels of Halloween.

Geneticist Edward Whelan, now better known as "Vermin" the cannibalistic ratman.

Best known from the story "Kravens last hunt". I put slightly more emphasis on the rat-part in my version.

Instead being associated to Baron Zemo and Arnim Zola, this version of Whelan worked as assistant for Miles Warren (Jackal) before ending up as "lab rat" for latters experiments.

While Vermin might not be my favourite villains, there is certain creepy, tragic factor on him. Theres basically so little left of his original personality that there is only two options left:

Either lock him up in dark cell for rest of his life, or put him down like rapid vermin as a mercy kill.

As a little trivia: According to my research, Vermin's translated in finnish marvel comics as "Löyhkä" which literally translates "Stench".
