I haven't updated C8LIN's design in almost two years. I felt a little clothing change was in order and I quite like this new design. She still keeps her love for soft blue colours along with black and white checkers/stripes. Also she still has her father's ribbon tied to her sleeve.Also the thing on the right is supposed to be a hood, but I can't draw hoods very well so meh. I tried anyway.
Over all I'm quite happy with it.
