Description
Shade managed to escape from the Twilight Cage......but landed right in the middle of Iron NICOLE's take over of New Mobotropolis~!
Iron NICOLE was very impressed with the echidna's skill that she decided Shade's use of advanced technology would be very handy in her new empire...
...so she recruited Shade as her own elite Procturator!
I do not own Iron NICOLE or Shade the Echidna!

I couldn't find a picture of Iron Julie-Su: I guess it never got drawn?
Or Shade's position a unique one or is just the first of many with her job?
How does her position entail? Is she Nicole's puppet or can she think?

similar to Julie-Su, she is like a high ranking disciplinarian
Exerting Iron NICOLE's new order onto the people

And what precisely is that 'new order'?
I'm surprised Nicole feels she has need of disciplinarians since she commands every tiny pieces of the city and every part of the city is a part of her. Unless of course her consciousness isn't as omnipresent within herself as she wants people to believe.

I don't know how to answer all of your questions, I just came up with an idea and drew it, but it's frustrating when you question each process of my thinking

It's not meant to be frustrating. And I'm not questioning as in 'questioning authority' I'm EXPLORING. You got my imagination excited! that is a good thing.

it's frustrating because I don't overthink ideas like that. I get an idea, I draw it. that's it. Whatever plot I can come up with to explain it comes afterwards and is very rushed

Heh. Don't think of it in such derogatory terms like 'over thinking.' And being spontaneous is NOT a bad thing and nor should it be discouraged.
The point is that the most complex and beautiful story worlds start with the most simplistic of settings and ideas.
