Didn't turn out as I wanted at all |D
I discovered I dislike gif quality very much.
At first, there were clouds moving too, but they were going too fast. And were distractive.
I don't know wether I should submit as mission or not...
I guess it'll depend on the time I have available
EDIT:It'll be mission 1 after all =^=

Set each layer as a frame and used the animation window.
