Description

Brilliant opal pieces set in branches of metal, on a wire-wrapped ring base. Strong reds are the primary color, but with distinct oranges, yellows, greens, and blues at various angles. I love opals!

These opals are really opals, grown in a lab using same ingredients as a natural opal (Gilson opals). I so often work with resin and other color-changing materials. This was my first piece using actual opals.

The wire-wrapped ring base is coated copper wire.
