Ivan
Gender: Male
Species: Oshawott
Type: Water
Age: Adult (Early to mid 20's)
Height: 2'00’’ (0.6 m)
Ability: Torrent - Powers up Water-type moves when the Pokémon's HP is low.
Nature: Relaxed | Strong-Willed
Moveset:

Water Gun

Ivan blasts a shot of water at the opponent.

Icy Wind (Tutor move)

Ivan blows a wind of chilly, blue snow at the opponent, lowering their speed. A move taught to him by his father. He doesn't like to use it and will only do so when out of options.

Revenge

He lets himself be attacked by the opposing pokemon. His hands get surrounded by an orange energy, and he hits them with double the power. A strong, but risky move that Ivan prefers to use as a last resort.

Focus Energy

Ivan takes a deep breath and focuses his mind. This sharpens his senses, raising his chance of landing critical hits. It's his favorite starting move.

Bio: Ivan is a level-headed oshawott who puts other peoples' needs and safety before his own. Though he maintains a stoic expressiveness for most of the time, he's highly compassionate, and his greatest desire is to assist pokemon suffering or going through hard times. Despite his good heart, he sees no problem with using dirty tricks or engaging in dishonest activities if it means it'll help the weak and the poor, and takes great joy in the misfortune of rich, powerful pokemon. He is very persistent and refuses to give up on his beliefs, even if it means going against his own family's wishes.

Ivan comes from a clan of thieves known as the "Quick Claw". His family's way of working didn't line up with Ivan's principles, as they stole from any and all pokemon, with no concern for their targets' circumstances. This resulted in many conflicts between them and their youngest child, until Ivan's older sister slashed his eye and destroyed his scalchop to teach him "a lesson". Tired of living under these conditions, he set out to forge his own path, and to become strong enough to achieve his goals.

Accessories:
Dark brown scarf. It's wrapped around his head, covering his left eye.

Extra:

Not as strong as the average oshawott - his scalchop doesn't regenerate. Wants to evolve to remedy this

Blind on his left eye. Only unwraps the scarf that covers it when he's sure he is alone
He first met Dagger when the sword pokemon passed out in the rain from over exerting himself by training. They've been good friends ever since
Likes to crack jokes at inappropriate or tense moments
Very curious and tends to stick his nose where it doesn't belong
Is indifferent to the idea of revenge in a physical sense. ("The true payback is in succeeding.")

Age: Young Adult (16-17 years old)
Height: 1'00'' (0.3 m)
Ability: No Guard - The Pokémon employs no-guard tactics to ensure incoming and outgoing attacks always land.
Nature: Adamant | Likes to thrash about

Moveset:

Night Slash

Dagger slashes the foe when they let their guard down. Has a increased chance for a critical hit.

Iron Head

He hardens the steel on his blade and throws himself at the foe at high speed, in an attempt to stab them. May cause the target to flinch.

Shadow Sneak

Dagger creates a shadow from the hand-like cloth attached to him, and extends it behind his foe. The shadowy hand then strikes. This move usually always hits first, so he uses it as a finishing blow.

Swords Dance (TM move)

The sword strikes the air around wildly in what looks like a stabby dance. This sharply rises his attack.

Bio: A quarrelsome honedge. Dagger is cruel, impatient, disrespectful, and will stab if you look at him weird. He's not always been like this, however - at some point, he was a kind, well-meaning individual, until something bad happened and he spiraled down to the malicious knife he is today. He's a closed book and refuses to share anything about his past and himself to anyone, even to those he trusts. In spite of his unapproachable attitude, he is not completely cold and unfeeling. If someone does manage to get into his good graces, he becomes a fiercely loyal, devoted friend. And though he tries his best to hide it, Dagger also has a soft spot for weak and/or cowardly pokemon. He's not good with feelings or mushy stuff.

The only thing that keeps him moving forward is his thrist for revenge. Despite being pretty strong as is, he's still in search of more power to get back at the pokemon that wronged him.

Accessories:
A long, dark-brown scarf that he keeps wrapped around Ivan's waist and on his red blade; when they're separated, he wraps it around his hilt.

Trivia:
Yells instead of speaking in a normal tone.
Acts as a replacement scalchop for Ivan. He's also determined to help the oshawott toughen up.
Doesn't like to touch others, hates being touched
Was given the nickname "Stabby McStabinson" by Ivan; absolutely hates it, but will still allow his partner to refer to him by that
Hates any and all Ursaring for reasons he refuses to disclose.
Shorter (1'00''/0.3m) than regular honedge (2'07''/0.8m). Will stab with no warning if you make fun of his size
