I can't wait for the next one either! I cannot read Japanese, but it is still really amazing! Someone recently started subtitling it in English actually. They only did the first part so far, so I will have to watch it s 2nd time.
Ahh, I know of some people who know of HetaOni! It is not as popular as RomaHeta over here though. Maybe someday! :'D

If you didn't know, the original game has 16 chapters so far (and they're keeping on YES!), while on YouTube you can find more or less 4 of them subbed, which is amazing.
This game is the most enticing thing I've ever seen. Really, that's awesome.

The original game is AniOni/the blue ogre, which is a Horror game, which turned even more awesome since when some guys decided to create a RPG called HetaOni, a similar game, but with the Hetalia characters. If you look for it on YouTube, there are 4 parts already subbed a link to the game.
Pay attention, if you decide to watch it, That Thing will haunt you in your dreams.
