I understand the feeling, I know you feel like you are drowning. It feels like people won't stop to look, let alone help you out at all. But you have to get up, you have to save yourself! Even if it seems like it is killing you, you have to make tracks and not look back. Please whatever you do keep moving forward! It will get better you'll see, I promise!

I was once in your exact spot, I almost rotted away until I was nothing, it makes me sick to my stomach knowing other people had to deal with such a nasty thing. Except I've realized that the experience made me stronger, it made me capable of helping others keep afloat and find themselves again. Don't give up, you don't have to be the victim, you always have a choice. You can be independent and make your own happiness, you can save yourself. You are strong!

I wish I could stand beside you and tell you in person, you can make it. You're beautiful.
