My sincerest apologies to I meant to keep her art trade image up for alot longer...but...
I swear it's not my fault!! It's all Raito and L's fault!! look at how friggin CUTE they are!!!!
I have an insane weakness for good looking asian guys....I wonder if there's some sort of Bishounen Lovers Anonnymus group to help people like me.. O_O

by the way, how did you make yourself look like a boy? I want to cosplay as a boy too, but I am... ridiculously feminine. How do I make myself look more like a boy? 0_o Do I have to use something painful?!!

The one doing L is a girl. You can tell by the face. It's round and the eyes are more... "sunny" I guess is how you can put it for this particular person (which makes it a bad L cosplay because L doesn't have a particularly "happy" look) and the hips are wide. You can also see her breasts in her shirt.
The Raito/Light cosplay is a boy. His face is pretty narrow and his eyes are more intense and narrower. He also as a pretty straight up and down figure unlike a girl's curvy figure.
All in all though, some good cosplays. I don't really like the hair of L and I think that the boy could be a little more buff or bulky but other than that it's pertty good.

Its a lovely cosplay. I have been looking for a final art project. I would like to do the upper right image of Light holding the Death Note. May I have a higher resolution version of that image to print out? That one is too small to grid off.

dude, how do you get your hair to do that?! I have been trying to do that to my hair with gel, a straitener, etc. but my hair is crazy troublesome! it seems to do the opposite of what I want and then laugh at me when I'm not looking... anyway, if there is some less-than-2 -hour long method to making your hair do that please let me know!
-anyway, the hair for L was a tad curly, but for raito you had me convinced XD excellent cosplay dude.

They're both girls. The Raito is Ruki and the L cosplayer is Naoya. These pics were taken in 2005 if I remember it correctly.
Ruki is my idol. Nowadays she cosplay quite a number of female character though.
