I finally did it! The official Team Tempest Application: Arc 2!

Yes, their names are a play of Shakespeare. Oliver is from As You Like It, Ophelia is from Hamlet, and Tempest is from... The Tempest. Yeah. I'm a theater nerd. You wanna fight?!

Though Nym is named partially after Game of Thrones. Still a nerd!

Oliver the Dewott
Oliver is not what most people would consider a "proper Dewott". Despite being the "discipline pokemon", Oliver is gentle, careless, and fun-loving. He has a tendency to follow his heart even if his brain tells him no. In fact, he has a tendency to completely ignore his brain when it tells him no. He's an optimist who dreams of one day being a powerful (and extremely famous) Pokemon Explorer.

Oliver grew up under very ordinary circumstances. His father was an explorer when he was younger while his mother took care of him. He is an only child, and he wanted to follow in his father's footsteps. When his father retired, he set out to Tao Village to become a rescuer. He met Ophelia the first day he got to the Rescuer's headquarters and the two became friends instantly.

Ophelia the Mareep - Missing
Ophelia is the more realistic member of Team Tempest. She's a tad bit pessimistic, and a little too serious, but she's very kind and can have a lot of fun once she's gotten comfortable. Before she met Oliver, she grew up in Mossy Village with her two best friends, Jonah the Sneasel and Robin the Azuril. Unfortunately, Azuril went missing during a fool hearty "expedition" they were having. She and Jonah were going to form a team by themselves, but at the last minute, Jonah left her behind. Clearly hurt by her friend's betrayal, she was about to quit the Rescuers and stop exploring altogether, when she met Oliver, a fresh face to the Rescuer's ranks. He convinced her not to give up and they formed Team Tempest.

Nym the Sentret
Please welcome the newest member of Team Tempest! Nym is short for Nymeria Mago. Yeah, she's a girl, though if you were confused at first, don't worry, you're not alone. Nym's a huge tomboy and a bit of a egotist. She loves to cause trouble and go on adventures (whether or not those adventures are real or not…). She's wild and silly, but she's also extremely loyal. Her hero is Dee from Hugh's magic show, and she's an expert theif.
I haven't gotten a good back story on her, but in order to end up as a parentless little kid stealing other people's stuff in the woods, it mustn't have been all peaches and cream. More info on her past will be added here when I can think of it.

(To explain how I recruited Nym: Since I complete Event 6 present and Event 7, I am using those two evolution scrolls to add Nym. We "met" her in the Mission 7 comic. She was an NPC until the adding was allowed.)
