In my new fanfic they are realted in a starnge way. I've this OC a good one called Aziza. She's a beautiful blind girl who was Atem's Secret Keeper and best friend. She binded him to the Puzzle and kept his name and life safe in her soul for 5000 years.
When Atem is granted a second chance to live he shares it with Aziza. Eventual Atem marries Yugi and Aziza becomes mother to their twins.
Aziza has a recarntated form named Arianna Brooks who was sent by fate to protect the "Chosen Protecter" aka Jaden Yuki.
They fell in love and are godparents to to Atem's twin Prince Jaden Anknaomkaon Solomon Moto or Jay and Princess Aziza Ashita Samira Moto or Z.Z.
Aziza and Arianna see each other as sisters rather then recarnted and her guide dog is named Atemu.
