great shot! nice composition and color, you certainly have an eye for it, but what I would have done would crop out the spot in the top left and added prop blur

Probably model, and you could put some blur on propelers. It will look more realistic. Anyway, greatr shot, nice angle. Nice work.

first off nice model..............but whats with the tail section..........it looks more like that of a hurricane.........the spitfire didnt have that canvas styled look the hurricane had.......the spit version you have done was an all metal fighter................
sorry 2 nit pick
still nice looking pic

Thats a very nicely done model of a spitfire... looks very real. But I agree with some of the other comments, a little work in photoshop to take out that black spot in the top right, and make the prop look like it's turning it would be perfect
Nevertheless !!

Great work. You do need to do a bit of PS work to get that prop spinning and the black bit at top right corner needs to go. It also appears as if the right-hand side undercarriage is down slightly, which doesn't quite gel with the rest of the image. I can well imagine this being the last thing that many an ME-109 pilot saw.
BTW did you build the model? It is very nicely done. What scale is it?

heh, yeah you'd have to have a reaaaally fast shutter speed to catch the prop mid-spin. but i agree that it probably isn't real. i'm also wondering what that thing is in the top righthand corner. which also leads me to believe it isn't real. but heck this is a really awesome shot nonetheless. keep it up!

Very creative. If it weren't for the still propeller, I'm sure you'd fool a few people into thinking tis is a real plane.
Wel done

this is very cool, leaves you wondering weather it is a real spitfire..in a very bad position with no running engine and a soon to be deceased photographer.. or is it a model. well i'm fairly certain about the answer and love the shot.

What can I say. I love planes.
Some questions arise in my mind whils viewing this fine specimine of Aircraft.
Is this a model plane ?
Is it a display somewhere ?
Can't be a plastic model plane, the rudder is slightly sideways and the left aileron is slightly up.
And with the right wing out of the picture it looks as if someone is holding it up for the shot.
I have a very inquisitive mind.
Great pic, non the less.
