Another critique!
This is a super cute picture! The character is well chibi-proportioned, and anatomy looks good! Her expression is charming and sweet, softening the entire picture~ The patterns used on the dress and headband are really appealing, but a bit busy (I'll look into that later); although the business of the pattern fills up the picture more, really contrasting the parts without designs. The eyes are very pretty and detailed, although the right eye (our right) is a bit long proportionally (as in, yes, it's meant to be a bit longer than the other eye considering the POV, but it seems a bit too long, in my opinion at least).
The background is very simple yet filling. The POV, though, is a bit off in relation to all the objects and the character. Based on the character's POV, the ground is more slanted forward. The bottom book fits this POV, but then the piano, other books, and teacup suggests a more flat ground. This isn't something that can easily be seen, though--in fact, haha, I just now really looked and noticed. Also, I'm not sure on the sizing of the objects. Either the teacup is huge, or the books and piano are tiny. Now, if they're toy-like, or it's part of your style, then it's perfectly fine!
Now, the one thing that was actually noticeable to me was the book in her lap. Because you used the busy pattern on her dress, I didn't realize she even had a book at first. The use of a busy pattern with only lineart makes it tough to add thing to it, so that the picture becomes less clear. This is merely how I viewed it, though, so perhaps others had no problem with it! I merely suggest taking notice in it in future pictures.
Overall, this is a very adorable picture that appears simple and spacey but is in actuality full~!
