I am no expert on this subject matter, ooooh no.

And I don't claim to have written this to preach to anyone, oooh no.

In fact, I have only started to finally write about it much later in my life, finally more recently. I have wanted to, but it's not been easy...

This is a very difficult and challenging subject matter for many of us.

I admit... that I used to feel so bitter on the subject matter of forgiveness. I have struggled with it so much so... even after finally realizing that the pain was really only my own pain, and that the person/s or whatever I couldn't forgive likely didn't even realize anything and was just going on with life.

The things that I have written, or done to release these feelings... are truly only for ME, and what I need to do for myself. Sharing them "outloud" just helps to make them "real" and "official" and keep me to my promises to "work on" my self.

There are truly some things in life that might be way too difficult for some people to ever find ways to forgive. There is that continuum, and I do understand and have compassion for it, and I am NO judge of anyone, and I am NO professional psychologist.

But for the most part, I have found that for me, I need to work on it. It's NOT perfect, but it is improved, and I'd say those knots of anger have been gradually untied, at least.
