I must say that this is a very well-done piece, the background give it a magical, mysterious atmosphere, along with the title. Clouds here are perfect ;A; and gives a touch of something like a sunshine ? <3 That water going down only adds to the overall beauty of the shown place.
Plus the dragon character is really nice, I love how your style changed to more realistic-alike dragons, mostly in heads/faces . Adding scales was great idea too, and when I downloaded it to see details, I must admit I was stunned (':

Thanks so much! x'3 I can tell you that the background was the EASIEST part.. but when it comes to the character :/ The colours look wrong and shading is impossible to do xD
I decided to move on to realistic dragons, (thanks to Skyrim hah) they look much better in my opinion 8'D they're showing the epicness of dragons >8D and since i want to draw realistic stuff, that kind of dragons fit better in my pictures xD

Its easy XD its hard at first but you get used to it 8D shading and colouring works better that way 8D and like i said it makes GIMP less laggy to have little layers xD
