Should I go and try to make better titles for my commissions?

I'm sorry this took so long, I had a huge struggle with the background... Nothing seemed to look right and I'm still not too happy with the result, I'm sorry but I didn't want to make you wait any longer! -Also that star is very random too, I just thought it would fit there x'D

Okay, now I finally have the motivation to comment! And let me just tell you how much I totally love it!
This is amazing. You skills at backgrounds will never cease to astonish me. All the fantastic details, like the cracks in the moon and the leaves in the vines/moss, make me just want to stare longer.
I love how you've drawn star, she looks so epic in your style. 
Also the colors in the background match perfectly with the character and the difference in the shading really brings her out of the picture. Kind of like those old animated films.
I just adore that little star that she has. 
FFFFFFf, everything is so beautiful, and I just looooooove the sky! Its SO realistic!

How can you not be happy with that background??? IT IS AMAZING!
And the character looks very great too!
The style of how the character has a more cartoony look and the background being one of the most detailed i have since some time!
that reminds me of some cartoon of early 80s or late 70s, with those expensive Matte Paintings in background and the cartoony foreground characters.
(It's almost a shame there aren't cartoons with that graphic quality anymore, just for some reason your amazing picture reminded me of that!)
The transition of background and character works very well!
Like the way how her tail comes from behind the rock, it works very well!
And those transparent wings are awesome! : D
The only thing that in my opinion is a bit "out of place" is the way the star looks like it's "behind the paws",
altough the way the fingers are held makes it look like the character wants to "hold" it.
It looks a bit like a layering problem, with the star being behind the character layer.
Of course it could be on porpuse, that the star IS in the background.
Speaking again of background, it's. too. amazing!

Ok, this is what I call something precious! Congratulations for such an amazing art work! You always make the best! Definently that work and time was completly worth, woah, everything is beautiful! The background is breathtaking and all the glowing effects beautiful.

I don't know if this was the most detailed commission ordered or not, but if it was, then i seriously think you need to put more details into characters in your artwork. If you look at this (if this was the most detailed commission option of course) then you can clearly tell the character stands out because there's not enough detail on it compared to the background. At least add scales, they would add a pattern to the character, this is the thing that's missing the most, cause if you look at the background, every single thing there follows a certain pattern. So yeah, this is what i think should be improved.

You don't necessary need to get rid of the lineart, you can still draw a cartoony looking character but with more detail, you can use lineart to your advantage to make better highlights on a character...i use lineart as a coloring tool for example: if there's a highlight on a character's side, then i color the actual area of the lineart too and that area seems lineartless, but it has this really nice neat look to it, so you can try this technique if you want.
As for the scales, well they do help a lot to make a detailed dragon. You can do simple scale pattern with just lines, or you can actually draw scales as bumpy objects, which will take much more time than lines, but it will look a lot better... or you can combine both techniques, that way those scales will not only have more shaped fel, but they will also look more sharp thanks to the lines.

I said, that if this wasn't the most expensive commission then it's ok, although the problem i mentioned persists even in non commissioned artwork, so it's still something she should think about.

I wouldn't consider it as a problem. Rather as a artistic touch, a handprint, that brings her up as a unique artist. It'd be a different story if she charged more than she does now, 80 puny points, for this days long piece, still wouldn't go too far pinpointing the errors. There is enough time and effort put in this one to be criticized, unless asked. It is true that development never ends, but I'd say she's more than proved what she's capable of judging by her previous pieces.
Though, there's far too less information in the description to fill in the 'why is this like that' parts, the amount I'm provided with for the reason that we went step by step through this work together. She asked for my opinion once and a while, and there are reasons why I so easily stick my neck out for her, even if it wasn't necessary. So I apologize my straight approach on this subject, I mean no harm :c.

I've only provided her with an opinion, she can agree with it or not. I believe she's quite capable of thinking for herself so there was no reason for you to "stick your neck out" for her, it's not like i'm harrasing her or anything. If she believes she can improve and she wants to go further, she might try my advices out, they might either help her or they might be useless to her. It all comes to individual tastes and ones goals in art. I've never said that what i propose is the absolute right way to do stuff, like i said before, i simply provided her with an opinion.
