Entry for Eevee Fan Club competition, I had to draw an Eeveelution using a move which it can't usually use. I decided Flareon using bubble would be fun...But a couple of days ago, I lost my tablet pen at a friend's house.
So this picture is entirely mousepad-drawn, and anyone who's used a laptop mousepad to draw will know it is HELL. As a result, some of the outlines are a little wobbly, so sorry for that xD; Otherwise, enjoy!~

To get an Eevee, you have to talk to a lady. Yes. XD Or you can catch some in 'The Palace Gardens' (You'll find out on Diamond and Pearl

ability- no guard
item- focus band/sash (i can't remember)
moves- softboiled, fissure, sheer cold, horn drill
stats, normal blissey stats, high health etc.
I chose a blissey cuz they look harmless, sorta ironic like :\
