Entry for Eevee Fan Club competition, I had to draw an Eeveelution using a move which it can't usually use. I decided Flareon using bubble would be fun...But a couple of days ago, I lost my tablet pen at a friend's house.
So this picture is entirely mousepad-drawn, and anyone who's used a laptop mousepad to draw will know it is HELL. As a result, some of the outlines are a little wobbly, so sorry for that xD; Otherwise, enjoy!~

Subpuncher xD Uses Substitute, then Focus Punches, known to be a Blissey Killer and Substitute would stop OHKOs in their track

No, but I can make you feel better by having used a fancy-pants program which has a useful blur tool, along with the magic wand, and without which the picture would have looked horrible
