Making references takes forever, but the finished product is satisfying.

So, I've been wanting to create a character that represents me, a persona, for a while now, but I've always kinda floundered when it comes to actually choosing a design I like. It didn't help that I kept gravitating towards more 'edgy' characteristics, such as red eyes, black hair with red hilights, etc., but I don't really think that kinda of look represents me well, so it took some time to come up with elements that balanced it out to look softer, even with the red eyes and fangs. xD I finally forced myself to sit down and make some decisions and make something I actually really like!

In any case, I have no doubt that I'll continue to fuss with her design, which is why it is merely a 'version 1.0', but I like how it looks now, and I'm certain I'll have fun drawing her!

Any comments/constructive criticism would be most appreciated!
