Description
Her hair turned out really fluffy~I've been wanting to practice painting hair and figuring out how it worked, so I'm going to be doing several head-shots of various characters here and there. First up, is Xion, making a frown-y face. xD I swear, I need to draw her smiling some time instead of making her so serious. She turned out fairly pretty, tho. I need to figure out how to properly draw noses.
EDIT: Watermark has been updated
Any comments/constructive criticism would be most appreciated!
Kingdom Hearts is owned by Square Enix and Disney. I do not own their concepts, nor their characters.

So I like the hair and eyes, but the nose is bothering me a little, so I will try my best to give advice. Not sure if it will make sense. First of all the nose bridge starts at bottom of your eyebrows. In matter of fact if you touch the areas around nose bridge and brow bones, you will find that the bones are connected. You want to add shading around those areas. This will help define the nose bridge which helps shape the nose. The nose is flat, so I shade the nose like how you would with a trianglar prism, add shading one side of the nose and a darker shading on the bottom. However make sure you add highlights on the edges of the nose, so the nose doesn't look sharp. Then you have to add the nostrils and the other details, but all I can say is look at a reference. It's tricky to explain without using pictures. I hope this was somewhat helpful.

This is actually pretty helpful! I'm mostly focusing on hair while I'm doing these, but I noticed that my nose did look really odd. I'll keep this in mind with my next piece. :3

Hey glad you found it helpful. I am really not good at explaining things. Noses are tricky to draw. I literally have a page on my sketchbook with nothing but noses. XD

xD I might have to do that myself at some point. 'Cause noses are surprisingly tuff.

I completely mean this in a humorous way: but she looks like a human big cat hybrid who was shoved violently through a series of Instagram filters and is currently contemplating a book deal for her life story
Was that too much?

xD No, no, I can totally see that! I'm having problems with drawing noses, so I don't mind the poking fun at it.
