It felt only right to follow up my Lukanette piece with an Adrigami one. ^^

I'm really, really happy with this one. I could probably write a whole paragraph just squeeing over how happy I am with it. Especially since this was my first time drawing Kagami! I need to draw her more often - it was fun (even if I did spend an hour or longer on just getting the plaid design on her skirt/tie correct)

Adrigami was never a ship that really caught my attention. I didn't really dislike it, but I did have a couple of problems with how the ship was portrayed in canon – mostly that Kagami felt like she came on a little too strong with little thought to how Adrien felt – and while that sort of thing can be easily fixed with some good character/relationship development in fanon writing (and there were some good scenes in s3 that did show that they had potential), I just didn’t have much interest in looking into it when I had other things I preferred. Not a bad ship, just not that interesting to me.

However, I do think I have warmed up to it. The before mentioned s3 scenes and the occasional stumbled upon fanfic were fun and enjoyable, and I did really like drawing this piece of them. They could be a fun power couple. Chat/Kagami especially seems like an interesting dynamic.

I don't know if I'll actively seek out Adrigami content or really make more myself in the future, but this was a fun experience regardless. ^^
