It come out perfectly fine
And in most modern drawing/paint programs everything is smoothed out so that even with Brush Diameter: 1 pixel, it still won't be just a normal square pixel. I use an older version of MSPaint for that.

If you want to make pixels in SAI, just use the binary tool which is on the right of the bucket tool. c:
