it doesnt even look like acrilycs.

That's how I get the textures, by using acrylics on wet paper, and splashing clean water on them

is that only with acrylics or will it work with something else?
i know when u use charcoal and spray water on it, it acts pretty damn good.

I've tried it with acrylics, acrylic inks, india ink, other waterbased inks and watercolour... works well with all of them
I guess if there's any other mediums it might work with, the best thing is to try it out and see!
