Halluteus: The insomnia pokemon

POKEDEX THING 1:
Though it looks like it's always resting, Halluteus almost never sleeps. It is always completely
aware of it's surroundings and is ready to defend itself at any time. But due to it's lack of sleep,
Halluteus is always experiencing vivid hallucinations. This makes it an easily frightened
pokemon, which makes it difficult to catch and raise.

POKEDEX THING 2:
Though usually very peaceful, many people have been sent to hospitals after accidentally
surprising these nervous pokemon. They attack with the appendages on their heads by whacking
their attackers or constricting around them and squeezing. The reason Halluteus is so easily
scared is because it's constantly having realistic hallucinations due to sleep deprivation.
