You mean like generated by a mathematical formula? Nope Did it by hand - Made an image using filters and effects, rotated 22.5', cropped it, rotated it, mirrored it, cropped it, mirrored it again 3 more times, and arranged into a circle - Then used ctrl, alt and shift to make a circle from the inside, cut the rough bits on the edge, then got the blue bit by going to difference clouds, and making a plastic wrap filter on it.

yeah i do all of my fractals by hand too. i hate math
