Character profile:
A warm and hardworking Autobot brought alive by an All Spark fragment into a kindergarten school bus. His spark lives to safeguard the younger generation of humans. He however has no combat capabilities to speak of other than waving his stop sign which serves as a shield in the faces of his opponents and tries to convince them to halt their dangerous activities. Nevertheless should the threat pose any danger to the children, Frank will do anything to protect the young ones.

His vehicle mode is in fact something to laugh at for even at his top speed, he can only travel about 30 mph. He is only good to be a coach to carry his passengers from point A to point B.

In robot mode on the other hand, though his strength can only match the Ratchet to the toe. With his Gravity field emitter belt, he possesses an absolute defense that can even repel Megatron’s arm-mounted fusion cannon.
