Pio's a friendly little guy, loves hugging and playing with others. His tail is sort of like a four-pronged grabber and the center can change shape to form different "tools." here we see tentacles, a bunch of feathers, and a buffer pad. He also glows in the dark, if the picture wasn't any indication.

I'm not going to say who the friend is. if they wanna come out and say so, that's their decision.
