Goat mom is best mom! I really wish i could do her justice. But here you are.Toriel, guardian of the ruins and resident snail-connoisseur, and all-around sweet lady who's spent a little too much time by herself. She is a bit overprotective though, but i mean, who else is going to scare off all those Froggets? I don't ave much experiance drawing Toriel other than in occasional group pics but i was happy to give it a shot, using a color scheme that bot reflected warmth but very solid shadows.

You used a simple colour scheme to great effect here, contrasting the purple with the yellow really helps to create a warm, relaxing atmosphere. I also find Toriel's resembelance to Flowey here sort of ammusing.
