Those chibis are adorable, and overall this is a very cute picture!~
I think my main concern here is with the coloring. It looks very rushed, and there are a ton of scribble lines and white spaces. When using colored pencils, it's usually very tempting to scribble in big lines, but in reality, you get a much cleaner result by coloring in small circles. It takes more time, but in the end it makes it look a lot neater, and there are fewer, if any, scribble lines visible. Also, I recommend you try using 'smudging sticks', which are essentially paper rolled into the shape of a pencil, you use them to go over any sort of line, colored pencil or graphite, and smudge the lines together to make everything look uniform.
Keep up the adorable pictures, just try to practice your coloring skills a little more~
