This is the third time I have released Rozalin's dress for Animal Crossing New Leaf. It has been around 4 months since I last gave Rozalin's dress an upgrade. This time, I have completely redesigned her entire dress. It was not easy to upgrade it, but it was totally worth it. For the third edition of Rozalin's dress, I designed it to make it resemble her Disgaea 4/D2 sprite with wings attached to her back like they were in previous editions.
