The lighting was good, the colours were stunning, the white balance was correct... the cameraman was crap and didn't have the trypod...... hence in scraps...

only too true... I was rushing to the trainstation and saw this and, luckily, just for once, I had my camera with me. I had about 20 seconds to take this... I tried like hell to be really still but... with that amount of light... it really can't be done without the tripod, you're absolutely right.
